The Origin Story of the Happy Birthday to You Song Known to the World

Who wrote the lyrics of Happy Birthday to You, the indispensable song of birthdays, who composed the song, how did it become popular?

The song "happy birthday to you", which is originally in English and is known to have been translated into at least 18 languages, was first composed by a kindergarten teacher and pianist under the name "good morning to you". The purpose of the composition of the song was aimed at kindergarten students. it had no commercial or professional purpose. The song was composed in 1893 by two sisters, Patty and Mildred Hill. The song in this form, as a "good morning song", was included in the 1893 book "song stories" written by two sisters for kindergarten.

In 1935, the other sister of the song's composers, Jessica Hill, filed a lawsuit and bought the rights to the song. Today, when this song is used for commercial purposes, royalties must be paid to the hill foundation. The company that owns the copyright makes two million dollars a year from this song.

According to a 1998 survey by the Guinness Book of Records, "happy birthday to you" is the best-known English song in the world.

New movie-like music video from Megan thee stallion

Megan Thee Stallion, who managed to get the rust off our ears again with her latest album Traumazine in August, shared the music video shot for Ungrateful, one of the album's hit songs.
